Yes mate, surely 3d glasses is a good way by which you can not only enjoy the 3d movie but also do a good cater for your eyes. hence just check it out.
For a 3-D movie to work, two images must be projected onto the screen simultaneously. The images have been filmed at slightly different angles, but are superimposed so that they appear to be just one image even if looked at without the glasses. The image without the glasses will seem fuzzy or out of focus, however, because one of the images is projected with a red hue and the other with a blue hue.

In my opinion 3d glasses do work. they have been tried out by lots of people and they have given good response regarding it. So just check it out...
Depends on what glasses you use.
The lcd shutter ones work best, but ive seen some nice trailers/movies in 3d that worked like a charm with the red and blue ones.
