Thread: Just happy to be here.

Hi folks, just joined today while I am waiting for my new 55" LG 3D tv to be delivered and installed in my wall. I am new to 3D so from time to time I will be asking some questions, thanking y'all in advance for your help.
Now a little about I. The wife asked what I was doing & I told her I was writing a bit about myself, she retorted "that shouldn't be difficult as that is what you talk about most of the time." Quite a joker my wife.
I live in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada, am 70 years old, love tech and new toys. Coach special Olympics, in fact just returned from the World Special Olympics where the team from PEI won a bronze medal, a very proud moment for me.

LG unit installed on wall and up & running in my mancave last Monday, works even better than I hoped & with a Panasonic wireless home theater & sony 3D blu-ray player what more could I ask for.
Have viewed two 3D movies, Tron & Yogi Bear. Did not like Tron but enjoyed both my second or third childhood and Yogi Bear. Had a lot of laughs & the 3D in this movie is excellent. I would recommend that all children & young at heart see this movie.
