    how to train your dragon

went to see avatar at a odeon (reald glasses) cinema in the UK and there was a preview of how to train your dragon. coming from a cgi background i thought the cgi characters were a little plain but with the stereo3d dragons flying about i think its going to be an engrossing movie.

Hi stereo3d and welcome to the forums! (As you can see the text in the posts are having a bit of a bug to it, but i will get that fixed in a bit!).

Any idea when "How to train your Dragon" is launching in the UK cinemas? I went to Avatar 3D last week after driving through a snowstorm for 1 hour, and i either missed the preview of the trailer or i was still snowblind haha. Anyways, will try to find if there is a 3d trailer somewhere of it on the internet.

    Thanks!

I personally thought that movie would be a hit because it has some very nice 3D works done and after all its from the same person who produce shreck and Kung Fu Panda.

I am really starting to look forward to seeing this. I have always enjoyed shrek and Kung Fu Panda was one of my favorites when it was released so this film has to and probably will live up to a highly set precedent Look forward to going to the movies to see it

The movie, although in 3D and in CGI, was still aiming for a cutesy-cartoony look that really worked for me.
I thought the dragon was really cute; I can't wait to buy my kids stuffed dolls of this dragon as soon as they come out.
